We save a cookie and the way you use our website, to improve your experience on it. This data is for us and we delete it after 26 months.

Payments and Orders

We do not store your card details on our website. At the time of payment a payment gateway is used directly with the bank and it is this who is responsible for telling us that the payment was made correctly. For orders, we keep the basic identification and tax data, which allow us to identify you to give you the product or service contracted. These data are accessible only by Portosub personnel.

Offers and Discounts

We have a monthly newsletter that we send to those who request it with special offers. From time to time we offer loyalty discounts to all our customers. To stop receiving them, you can follow the instructions that are sent in each mail.

PADI

As a PADI Diving Center, when you finish a course, it is necessary for certification, send your data to the PADI organization, so that it can process it. To do so, you will fill out a form in our store, authorizing us to do so. In case of taking an online course, an email will be sent to your email address, and you will be the one who fills in your details when you register.
